Korean Acupressure Massage

It is an ancient healing art that uses finger pressure to stimulate the body's own self-healing and regeneration. A session can include: deep pressure point and muscle stimulation, long strokes, abdominal massage, and passive stretching. Recipients feel a renewed sense of energy, release from pain, emotional balance and grounded calm awareness. This style of work can be great to: relax and release stored tension, heal sports injuries or deep soreness, and treat other kinds of pain and physical/emotional imbalances.

Wellness Package Savings

The body is like a child, it responds best to predictable routines and daily care. Massage can be an essential part of your preventative health care; it is most helpful when received with regularity. I am offering a low-cost Wellness Package of ten sessions in order to make it more affordable. You may pay in advance or pay as you go and receive the last session for free. Give yourself the gift of vibrant health and wellness.

$720 for ten 60 minute sessions -  Save 10%, $80 (Regularly $80, Wellness Price is $72 per session.)

$1080 for ten 90 minute sessions -  Save 10%, $120 (Regularly $120, Wellness Price is $108 per session.)

Hot Stone Therapy

I use heated river rocks to knead pressure points, trace the muscles and energy channels, and to stimulate points gradually by leaving them on the body for several minutes. There is a feeling of deep relaxation and release from their heat, weight, and grounded earth energy. Hot Stone Therapy requires one and a half to two hours to perform, but it is well worth it.

$130 for 90 minutes

Chair Massage: Sundays at Pharmaca

2 pm – 6pm, Pharmaca in Cole Valley, 925 Cole Street

$1 a minute, minimum of 10 minutes

This is fully clothed, non-oil massage in an amazingly comfortable massage chair. The chair gives full access to head, neck, shoulders, back, and arms. I use acupressure points to stimulate release of stored tension and to loosen knots.

Corporate Chair Massage

$80 per hour plus compensation for travel and parking. Please schedule at least a week or two in advance in order to ensure availability. Please note: there is a 3 hour minimum. 

Traveling Table Massage

I can come to your home for ultimate relaxation. I travel so that you don't have to. This is especially helpful for pregnant women, new mothers, elderly, recently injured folks and busy people for whom time is precious. 

Rates: $80 per hour plus compensation for travel and parking. ($30 is the average travel fee in San Francisco.)
